Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or 5 years of experience leading a data analysis team
3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience
2 years of leadership experience
2 years of progressive relevant experience with a strong track record of success
Responsibilities:
Design & build optimized forecasting models
Design & build scheduling model for Omni clients
Lead a team responsible for forecasting, demand, headcount, scheduling, skilling, performance management
Use coding, analytics & advanced modeling to understand business success
Fully understand client contracts, staffing, and reporting requirements
Working to ensure team is proactively working to meet service level agreements by staying in constant communication with business partners and leadership
Combine & integrate data to generate forecasts
Modify the planning process, tools, programs, & business rules as needed to increase efficiency & accommodate changes.
