DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requirements:
-Enter retail orders into the customers system with 100% accuracy
-Contact customers over email when required to clarify details
-Know the performance objectives including productivity & quality standards, any other area related to the business that is necessary
-Keep your knowledge of the policies & products of the account updated
-Read & make sure you understand policies, procedures, etc.
-Communicate with leaders, team members about problems or trends
-Keep account information confidential
-Document all orders & perform any other tasks, duties, services needed
-Have a personal home computer that meets the Omni client's minimum requirements (see the bottom graphic for more info)
Skills:
-Communicate with customers over email & enter orders into customer systems (B1 communication or higher)
-Experience with Salesforce or a similar CMS (customer management system)
-Excellent computer skills (typing & navigation)
-Excellent writing skills
-Familiar with US- Ased addresses & phone number structure

 
Responsibilities:
-This contract will be processing inbound orders for a US- Ased wine wholesaler. Youll be getting customer invoices & entering the order details into the

wine wholesalers database. You will have to have very strong reading, writing, computer & typing skills to be eligible for this contract. Once the orders are entered into the database, youll confirm the customers order over email.
-The wine wholesalers customer base doesnt have the technology in their warehouses to order in their system. You will be making sure the warehouses orders are received & entered before the next business day. This is a data- Entry based contract with follow- Up email support you will be entering data most of the time, with very minimal to no phone calls necessary.


Benefits:

-This is a contract opportunity to earn $6 USD per hour, up to $960 a month
