Requirements:
This is a business-to-business, self-employed opportunity to support a US-based client & be paid in US Dollars!

We are looking for self-motivated people who can work independently to join into a business partnership with Omni.

You'll be completing administrative tasks for primary & urgent care clinics in the US.

You are critical to maintain patient satisfaction and operational success. You support patients & clinicians at multiple locations.

This is a contract opportunity to earn $6 USD per hour, up to $960 a month!

Have good critical thinking skills ? what is needed to get this caller the care they need right away!

Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, messages, voicemails, create and assign tasks, and faxes.
All interactions will be handled with empathy
& great customer service
Scheduling appointments with specific urgent care locations
Gathering all necessary information (insurance, self-pay prices, etc)
Ensure patients have been sent all proper forms at the time of scheduling appointment (Onboarding, Questionnaire etc)
Multi-tasking to make sure all tasks are complete for the patients & clinicians
Assign tasks to appropriate dept/person with clear instructions/information and TAT.
Contact pharmacy to call in a prescription or change pharmacy location.
Register, check-in, billing, and discharge follow up for virtual primary care appointments
Register in-clinic appointments
Check insurance coverage
Audit schedule for errors and double bookings
Outreach via in-app messaging and outbound phone calls to confirm appointments
