Bachelor s degree with an emphasis in Accounting
3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting applying their knowledge
Excellent (English) communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong PC skills significant use of Excel and Pivot tables, formula s etc
ERP experience General Ledger, A/R, A/P, inventory modules
Actividades a realizar:
O Gather and develop reporting for the monthly financial close.
O Review balance sheet; identify and take action on potential financial issues.
O Reconciliation of A/R- A/P with related parties.
O Prepare journal entries. Research transactional data in various systems and
Gather appropriate supporting detail for journal entries.
O Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Understand key business information and trends supporting the reconciliation.
O Prepare HQ month- End ESS and other submissions.
O Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
O Analyze monthly operating company financial review reporting packages and
Communicate key issues and trends to management both orally and in writing
O Regular interaction with operations and other finance team members.
