§ Collaborate with Capgemini sales leadership, bid managers, solution strategists, sector marketing and graphic design to develop proposals/presentations that lead to winning new business
Coordinate all aspects of document management for pursuit-specific deliverables such
§ as responses to RFIs/RFPs, proposals and client presentations
Play an active role as a member of the Proposal Support Team
§ Complete research and fact gathering to support pursuits
Responsible for reviewing and proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, cohesiveness of win themes, accuracy of content
Generate high-impact sales materials such as site visit documents, proposals and presentations
§ 5-year track record in crafting outsourcing and consulting proposals, presentations, sales collateral or in a similar environment
§ Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-project environment
§ Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, external constituents and vendors; strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills are required
§ Ability to work under tight deadlines
§ Detail oriented
§ Well-developed knowledge of the outsourcing industry issues, trends and implications, ability to break down complicated subject matter and identify and articulate clear, concise, and persuasive messages is required.
§ Expert in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint; proficiency in Excel preferred.
§ High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams
